The Objective of the Memphis Youth Manifesto is to provide for elected officials a roadmap that will lead to a MEMPHIS that has- minimal crime,

- maximum entertainment/ recreational opportunities,
- maximum healthy lifestyle options,
- maximum opportunities for artistic expression…
